Less Than Perfect?

We occasionally hear “This house isn't worth professional photos” Our short answer is YES IT IS! Professional photos increase the chance of selling a home. They allow buyers to picture themselves in a home. Everyone has been frustrated by low quality photos in the past. When you can’t tell if it was a bad picture or if the home was actually as dark as it looks. If the home is less than stellar professional photographs allow the buyers to look past cosmetic imperfections and see the solid bones of a space. So the next time you think a house is too small or too cosmetically challenged for a professional photographer, remember a professional photographer can make any house look good.

Our Friday featured home is another that needs a little extra care but still deserves the royal treatment. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home built in 1955 that MediaCarrot photographed for our client Jerry Sun with Re/Max www.jerrysun.com. We like how the sunset shots highlight the mid-century flair.

All Homes Deserve Professional Love

Today's blog is a little different. One of the best things about MediaCarrot Photography is the dedication of our clients. They know that professional photos help sell a house even if the house itself is not in pristine condition. Like this house in Whittier MediaCarrot photographed for our client Jerry Sun with Re/Max www.jerrysun.com. It's a 4 bedroom, 1.75 bathroom house built in 1963. It needs some updating, however, Jerry still gave it the full treatment to make sure it found a new owner.
